Geirdarddiad / Etymology: x ginginsii: Named in honour of Baron Frederic Charles Jean Gingins de la Sarraz (1790-1863), who wrote an early monographic on Lavandula.
Geirdarddiad / Etymology: 'Goodwin Creek Gray': Found in 1999 by Jim and Dotti Becker's of Goodwin Greek Gardens.

Description: It has silvery-grey, toothed-edged leaves, similar to dentata, but larger and of a whiter gray colour. The blooms are soft blue lavender in tight whorled spikes on short stems, appearing nearly year-round in mild climates.
