Cupressus (koo-PRESS-us): Symmetry, (the conical shape). In mythology Apollo turned Cupressos into an evergreen tree.

atlantica (at-LAN-tik-uh): Of or from the Atlas mountains.
Description:
Medium-sized tree to 35 m high and 4 m in diameter. Conical form with straight trunk. Bluer foliage with a white resin spot on each leaf, the smaller shoots often being flattened in a single plane. It also has smaller, globose cones, only 1.5-2.5 cm long.
